Diced Bombay with peanut rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork, shredded
  • 200 g rice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 300 ml broth
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • ½ bag(s) peanuts, unsalted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the meat while cooking the rice. Then dice the onion and fry it with curry powder. Stir in the broth, 5 tablespoons of the canned mandarin orange juice, and the cream. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the chopped banana, mandarin oranges, and the meat. Stir the peanuts into the rice and enjoy.
