Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp, heaped Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp vinegar (NOT vinegar essence)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
without onion – especially good with cucumber salad and iceberg lettuce
Combine mustard, vinegar, olive oil, and sugar in a shaker and mix vigorously. Season with a little salt and pepper. Pour over finely shaved cucumbers or finely shredded iceberg lettuce and let it sit for a while. Please do not substitute the Dijon mustard with regular medium-hot mustard. This will make the taste completely different.
