Dill – cream cheese – salmon dip for crackers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ point dill (frozen)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pack of crackers (e.g. Ritz)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Finely chop the smoked salmon and cherry tomatoes, then combine with the cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in the dill well, season with lemon juice and pepper, and let it rest for 2 hours to allow the mixture to infuse. Finally, spread it on the crackers and serve. Perfect as finger food at parties, etc., and ideal for those in a hurry!
