Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large gherkins
  • 3 tbsp cucumber water
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs (dill, parsley, chives), dried
  • ½ large iceberg lettuce, cleaned
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan

Combine the cucumber juice with the oil and stir in the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the gherkins and lettuce and mix in. Serve immediately.
