Dips For Raclette: 3 Delicious Ideas

Dips for raclette: fruity mango curry dip

So that there is something delicious for every guest, it is best to prepare several different dips with the raclette. If you want to offer your guests something special, surprise them with an exotic mango curry dip. You can quickly prepare the recipe in the blender and then store it in the fridge until the party.

  1. Ingredients for one bowl: 2 ripe mangoes or 600g frozen mango, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp hot paprika powder, salt, and pepper
  2. Preparation: If you use fresh mangoes, peel the fruit first. Cut the flesh into rough cubes. If you use frozen mangoes, let the frozen fruit thaw at room temperature for half an hour before using it.
  3. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into rough cubes.
  4. Blend the mango and garlic in a blender or use an immersion blender. Crush the mixture until there are no chunks left.
  5. Then add lemon juice, curry powder, and paprika powder to the crushed chili pepper. Blend the dip again until well combined.
  6. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  7. Pour the finished dip into a bowl. Garnish with a few coriander or basil leaves, if you like.

Quick dip for the raclette buffet: Greek tzatziki

Tsatsiki is a dip classic that you can prepare in just a few minutes. The Greek sauce goes well with flatbread, baguette, meat, and vegetables, among other things – ideal for raclette. Tip: It is best to prepare the tzatziki a few hours before the start of your party. This allows the prepared dip to stand in the fridge and tastes particularly intense afterward.

  1. Ingredients for one bowl: half a cucumber, 500 g Greek yogurt, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper
  2. Preparation: Wash the cucumber thoroughly under water. Grate half of the unpeeled cucumber into thin strips. The quickest way to do this is with a kitchen slicer.
  3. Peel two cloves of garlic and cut them into small cubes. Alternatively, you can crush the garlic with a garlic press.
  4. In a bowl, combine olive oil and Greek yogurt.
  5. Then stir the remaining ingredients into the tzatziki and mix well.
