Pasta in minced meat sauce with yogurt

Mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic, salt, and pepper and let it sit in the fridge for a few hours, or preferably overnight. Finely chop the onion. Lightly fry the paprika in butter and sauté the onions, then add the minced meat and fry. When the meat is browned, add the tomatoes and break up any large pieces with a wooden spoon. Season with parsley, salt, pepper, and cumin and simmer over low heat. If necessary, thicken the sauce slightly with flour or a sauce thickener, or reduce it further. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain well. Serve the pasta on a plate with the minced meat sauce and a dollop of yogurt. For a nice appearance, garnish with a leaf of parsley.
