Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g poultry meat (doner meat), seasoned
  • 1 small leek(s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 tbsp light cream
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • cumin

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables. Then brown them in a pan with the meat. Add the light cream and diced feta cheese, and season with the spices. This dish is enough for one person for a low-carb dinner without any side dishes. Served with rice or pasta, it will serve two.
