Donut Cup Cake

  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar brown
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1,5 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  1. Prepare a heat-resistant mug. First stir the dry ingredients together, then stir in the wet ingredients until it turns yellow and there are no more lumps.
  2. Place in the microwave on a high setting for 2 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes and eat immediately. Otherwise, the mug cake will become hard after a while. (Tip: If it didn’t work, the self-raisin flour may help. You can easily make it yourself: Mix 500 g flour with 1 sachet of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
