Oreo Crumble Cake

The perfect oreo crumble cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Soft butter
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 dl Full cream
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Full cream
  • 100 g Dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 pack Oreos
  1. Put the butter in a bowl, stir in the sugar and salt. Stir in one egg at a time, stirring until the mixture is lighter. Stir in the 2 dl cream.
  2. Mix the flour and baking powder, mix into the mass. Heat 3 tablespoons of cream in a small pan, remove the pan from the plate, add the chocolate, melt and stir into the batter.
  3. Pour half of the dough into the prepared pan. Place half of the Oreos one behind the other on the dough, press a little into the dough. Spread the rest of the batter on top. Roughly chop the remaining biscuits, distribute on top, press a little into the dough.
  4. Approx. Bake for 55 minutes in the lower half of the oven preheated to 180 degrees, covering the cake with baking paper. Take out the cake, let it cool down a little, take it out of the mold and place on a rack.
