  • 300 g Flour
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Full cream
  • 100 g Dark chocolate, finely chopped

  • Mix the flour and baking powder, mix into the mass. Heat 3 tablespoons of cream in a small pan, remove the pan from the plate, add the chocolate, melt and stir into the batter.
  • Pour half of the dough into the prepared pan. Place half of the Oreos one behind the other on the dough, press a little into the dough. Spread the rest of the batter on top. Roughly chop the remaining biscuits, distribute on top, press a little into the dough.
  • Approx. Bake for 55 minutes in the lower half of the oven preheated to 180 degrees, covering the cake with baking paper. Take out the cake, let it cool down a little, take it out of the mold and place on a rack.
