Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 150 g sugar, brown
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter, soft
- 2 eggs
- 100 g almond(s), chopped
- 100 g chocolate (dark chocolate)
- 100 g chocolate (milk chocolate)

Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add the softened butter and eggs and mix everything together until a smooth batter forms. Stir in the chopped almonds. Roughly chop the chocolate and stir in. Place baking paper on a baking sheet and place two teaspoonfuls of dough on it. Leave about 5 cm between each drop, as the cookies will spread! Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) and bake the cookies for 10-15 minutes. They should be golden brown. Transfer the cookies, still on the baking paper, to a wire rack and let cool. Tip: You can, of course, vary the cookies to your liking: for example, with white chocolate, hazelnuts, or walnuts. Per piece: 470 kJ/118 kcal and 0.8 BE
