Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 90 g sugar
  • n. B. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the morello cherries. Whip the cream until stiff, then combine with the mascarpone, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Layer the morello cherries and cream alternately in a bowl, starting with the cherries. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and serve.
