Low-calorie cherry dessert with yogurt and quark

Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Make a pudding with the juice, vanilla sugar, and pudding powder. Let it cool, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming. Sweeten to taste with sweetener, then stir in the yogurt. Purée the cherries (except for a handful for decoration) and sweeten if desired. Mix the quark with the cherry purée (except for about 8 tablespoons). If the quark is too thick, you can stir it with a little milk until creamier. Fill glass bowls with quark, then pudding, and then quark again. Finally, garnish with the 8 tablespoons of purée, the cherries, and the grated chocolate. Tip: Also delicious with canned peaches.
