Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 gherkins
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Oil (salad oil)
- salt and pepper
- Chives and parsley
- e.g. anchovies or finely chopped roast
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the potatoes, then peel and slice them thinly while still hot. Finely chop the onion and cucumbers, then mix with vinegar, oil, and seasonings. Add a little hot meat broth to make it more juicy, if desired. Garnish with finely chopped anchovies or diced roast meat. Sprinkle with parsley.
