Dressing for endive and apple salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp apple cider
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, fruity
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp beet syrup
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the onion. Mix with cider, balsamic bianco, mustard, and sugar beet syrup. Gradually add the olive oil while stirring vigorously. Season with salt and pepper. This dressing pairs perfectly with an endive salad with apple. It also works well with other fruity salads, such as Chinese cabbage with apple or a simple green salad.
