Drink: Peppermint Tea
The perfect drink: peppermint tea recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 750 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Peppermint fresh
- 1 piece Cardamom green
- 1 tbsp Tea black dry
- Put the water, washed mint leaves and the lightly pressed cardamom in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
- Then remove the cardamom and add black tea. Bring to the boil again, then let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
- Then pour through a sieve and let cool or drink lukewarm.
- TIP: Do not add mint leaves, cardamom and black tea loosely to the water, but rather put it in a tea filter. This makes it easier to remove the ingredients and there is no need to drain.
