Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Black tea
  • 0,5 tsp Cinammon
  • 5 Cloves
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 50 ml Elderberry syrup *
  • 150 ml Dry white wine, Chardonnay

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, scald the tea bag together with the cinnamon and the cloves with boiling water and bring to the boil.
  • Halve the lemon and orange and squeeze out the juice. Pour the pulp with the tea.
  • Pour the juice through a sieve and then add the elderberry syrup and the wine.
  • Pour the tea through a sieve and stir it with the wine-juice mixture and heat it again briefly, but do not boil. Pour into preheated cups, lean back and enjoy.
