Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 100 ml water, lukewarm
  • 150 g chicken breast fillet(s), cooked, cut into strips
  • 1 large tomato(s), diced
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 1 small salad (lettuce heart)
  • 1 pack of tomato sauce
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Rolled pizza bread

Mix the flour with yeast, oil, and salt. Add the water and knead into a dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then divide into two portions and roll each out. Spread with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with torn lettuce. Arrange tomatoes, onions, and chicken strips on top. Roll each filled dough sheet like a roulade and place both on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 225°C (425°F) and bake the rolls for about 20 minutes. Tuna can be used instead of chicken.
