Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g onion(s)
- 500 g bacon (belly)
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml vegetable stock
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp oil

A nice souvenir from father-in-law
Cut the onions into rings and the bacon into cubes. When removing the bacon, make sure to remove all the gristle. Brown both in a pan with the oil. Then deglaze with the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and simmer for a short while. We serve it with potatoes.
