Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g flour
- 1 cup of coffee, strong
- 1 pack of cream powder (vanilla buttercream)
- 100 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g nuts
- 100 g cake icing (chocolate), for drizzling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder. Mix the flour and baking powder and add them, then stir in the coffee. Spread the batter onto the baking sheet and bake at 150-170°C for 30 minutes. Prepare the buttercream according to the package instructions and spread it on the cooled cake. Rub the butter, sugar, and nuts together to make crumbles, then spread evenly over the buttercream. Drizzle with chocolate icing.
