Eat coffee beans: That’s why it’s healthy
- Coffee beans contain many vitamins, including vitamins B2, B3, B5, and B6. However, this only applies to raw coffee beans, because almost all vitamins are lost during roasting. So if you want to eat particularly healthy coffee beans, you have to eat them raw.

- Snack: espresso beans with a chocolate coating are also a delicious snack for in between meals. They are healthiest with a bittersweet coating.
- Schnapps: The Sambuca is traditionally served with coffee beans. The beans are chewed when drinking and harmonize well with the sweet schnapps.
