Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 20 g mustard
  • 40 g quark
  • 50 g gherkins
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with quark and pickled cucumbers

Boil the eggs hard. Remove the yolks and chop the egg whites (you can use the yolks if you like). Mix the mustard with the quark and add the chopped egg whites. Then chop the gherkins and add them as well. Season with salt.
