Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream (alternatively quark)
- Salt
- pepper
- Chili powder or paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and finely dice the eggs. Finely chop the parsley and mix both together. Then add the mayonnaise and crème fraîche and mix well. Season to taste. Depending on the amount of crème fraîche, it tastes great as a spread, as a dipping sauce, or with grilled food.
