  • 30 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Iodized salt
  • pepper

Healthy spread for the whole family

Mix the cream cheese, Gouda, and sour cream well. Stir in the finely chopped eggs, mustard, and chives, and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a few chives. If you prefer a lower-fat dish, you can use less cream cheese and replace the sour cream with low-fat quark.
