Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 80 ml whiskey
- 40 ml brown rum
- 40 ml liqueur (whiskey liqueur)
- 1 liter of milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, whisk the eggs and brown sugar until creamy. Then bring the milk to a boil and gradually add the ingredients, stirring constantly. Heat the milk until hot, then serve in mugs. Perfect for the cold season.
