Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cl eggnog
  • 2 cl peppermint liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Fill a large shot glass with the peppermint liqueur. Pour in the eggnog. The resulting heterogeneous, flaky mixture can be enjoyed directly as an Egg on the Beach. Alternatively, you can gently stir the resulting mixture to create a gentle gradient from the eggnog at the bottom to the peppermint liqueur at the top. Approximately 60 kcal per serving.
