Main course for those with a sweet tooth

Combine all the dry ingredients and add the milk, stirring with a whisk. Add the egg yolks and mix well. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold in. Pour the batter in portions (1 ladleful at a time) into a pan with a little oil over medium heat, swirling the pan to distribute the batter. When the underside is browned, flip the pancake, finish cooking, and either serve immediately or keep warm in the oven. Continue this process until the batter is used up. Quick tip: You can also serve it as a dessert. Simply place two scoops of vanilla ice cream on one pancake half, fold the pancake shut, and enjoy.
