Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 g sugar
  • 75 g butter, melted
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Swabian delicacy, dessert

For the batter, combine the flour with the milk, then add the eggs, beaten with sugar and salt. Then mix in the warm butter. Grease the baking dishes well and fill them about halfway with the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 25-30 minutes, then increase the oven temperature to 170°C and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Keep the oven closed! I serve this with custard and fruit. If you don’t have a Pfitzauf dish, you can also use regular ceramic cups.
