Place a slice of ham sausage on each slice of freshly toasted bread, then a round slice of cheese cut out of the slice. The diameter of the slice should be about 1 cm smaller than the sausage. Hard-boil the eggs. Then chop the eggs and make a spicy egg salad with the chopped eggs, diced leftover cheese, diced bell peppers, mayonnaise, mustard, chopped parsley, a little Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt. Serve the egg salad on the prepared toast and garnish to taste.
