Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Lemon juice, a few drops
  • Vinegar, (fruit vinegar) a few drops
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with raclette or fondue

Peel and finely chop the hard-boiled eggs. Mix the remaining ingredients together, then stir in the chopped eggs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
