Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • chili powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
  • Aromat
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

spicy – fresh spread

Peel the eggs, cut them into small pieces, and place them in a bowl. Add the sour cream and mix well. The eggs should be mashed. Now add mayonnaise to taste and stir in the mustard. Season to taste with the remaining ingredients. The spread can be served immediately, but it will also keep in the refrigerator. It can also be used as a dip.
