Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 9 tbsp sugar
- 9 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- ½ cup milk
- 2 packs of cake icing (chocolate icing)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Carefully separate the eggs. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining ingredients, except for the 9 tablespoons of sugar. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Beat the egg whites with the 9 tablespoons of sugar until stiff peaks form and spread over the cooled batter. Return to the oven and bake until light brown. Let cool, then spread the chocolate glaze over the meringue.
