Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g chocolate shavings (dark)
- 200 g ground almonds
- 80 g butter
- 6 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 9 tbsp eggnog
- 6 egg whites
- 400 ml cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- possibly chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Then stir in the egg yolks. Add the grated chocolate, almonds, and egg liqueur. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 1 hour. Whip the cream with a little sugar and the cream stiffener until stiff and spread over the cake. Decorate with egg liqueur and, if desired, chocolate sprinkles.
