Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150g salami
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 150 g sausage (Lyoner)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ liter sweet cream or milk
- 300 g processed cheese with herbs
- 300 g processed cheese, e.g. with cream, salami, peppers or ham

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
hearty spread
Finely dice the sausage, onion, and garlic cloves and sauté in a pan. Deglaze with cream. Add the spreadable cheese, preferably slightly chopped (it melts faster), and stir until it melts into the rest of the cheese and forms a creamy mixture. Pour the cream into a round bowl and loosely cover with a lid until the mixture has cooled. Only then seal. The jam should be kept refrigerated. It tastes delicious spread on fresh bread. It’s best prepared the night before serving, so the mixture has plenty of time to cool.
