Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of powdered sugar
  • Fat, for the shape
  • Breadcrumbs , for the form

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

juicy, tasty, quick to make

Mix all ingredients into a batter. Then pour into a greased and breadcrumb-coated round cake pan and bake in the oven at 150°C (top and bottom heat) for 1 1/4 hours. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar or cover with chocolate icing. You can also add chocolate sprinkles to the batter before baking.
