Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 2 small cans of pineapple, pieces with juice
  • ½ bottle of eggnog
  • 2 cups whipped cream, whipped stiff

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Combine orange juice, pineapple, and egg liqueur in a bowl and let it chill for several hours. Stir in stiffly whipped cream before serving.
