Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 egg yolks
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200 ml Pisco
- 200 ml coffee cream, 4%
- 50 ml rum, 42%, brown
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
fruity aroma
Combine egg yolks with powdered sugar and a pinch of salt in a saucepan and heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly (not too vigorously!). Add the coffee cream, pisco, and rum and heat for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Bottle.
