Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g yogurt
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 drops of flavoring (lemon or orange, to taste)
- oil
Instructions

Super quick to make and also low in fat
Combine yogurt, sugar, eggs, and flavoring. Combine flour and baking powder and add to the liquid ingredients. Mix until smooth. Heat the waffle iron, oil it, and bake until golden brown. You can use yogurt with either 3.5% or 1.5% fat content.
