Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 ml elderberry juice
- 400 ml apple juice
- 50 ml red wine
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
- some lemon juice

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a sufficiently large saucepan, bring to a boil while stirring, and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Continue stirring. After testing the setting time, pour into jars while still hot and let cool. Makes approximately 3-4 jars. You can vary the quantities according to your taste; for example, add more elderberry juice for an even more intense flavor, or add no alcohol at all.
