Elderflower – Strawberry – Cocktail

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 elderflower umbels, of which 20 – 30 flower stars
  • 5 strawberries, fully ripe
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 shot of sugar syrup
  • 200 ml Prosecco and/or mineral water, well chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Can also be enjoyed without alcohol!

Rinse the strawberries. Slice or quarter them and place them in a glass. Add lemon juice and sugar syrup (recipe at CK). Top with well-chilled Prosecco or, for a non-alcoholic version, mineral water. Sprinkle with elderflower stars and serve immediately.
