Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 200 g Mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 75 g Roasted almond flakes
  • 75 g Blueberries
  • 75 g Raspberries
  • 0,5 tsp Lavender flowers, dried
  • .
  • 5 tbsp Honey-Ginger vinegar
  • 5 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the lamb's lettuce.
  • Peel the avocado and mango, remove the stone and finely dice the pulp. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into small cubes. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
  • Sort blueberries and raspberries and rinse.
  • Drain the mozzarella.
  • Whip honey-ginger vinegar, water and walnut oil until creamy, season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix all prepared ingredients well with the dressing. Carefully fold in the blueberries, raspberries and lavender flowers.
  • Let the salad stand for 10 minutes and sprinkle with the toasted almonds before serving.
