Ingredients
- 300 g Lamb's lettuce
- 200 g Mini mozzarella balls
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Mango
- 1 Red pepper
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 75 g Roasted almond flakes
- 75 g Blueberries
- 75 g Raspberries
- 0,5 tsp Lavender flowers, dried
- .
- 5 tbsp Honey-Ginger vinegar
- 5 tbsp Walnut oil
- 5 tbsp Water
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Wash and clean the lamb's lettuce.
- Peel the avocado and mango, remove the stone and finely dice the pulp. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into small cubes. Wash and halve the tomatoes.
- Sort blueberries and raspberries and rinse.
- Drain the mozzarella.
- Whip honey-ginger vinegar, water and walnut oil until creamy, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all prepared ingredients well with the dressing. Carefully fold in the blueberries, raspberries and lavender flowers.
- Let the salad stand for 10 minutes and sprinkle with the toasted almonds before serving.
