Ingredients
dough
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g Food starch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Cane sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 150 g Liquid butter
- 3 tbsp Elderflower syrup
- 200 g Sour cream
Topping
- 100 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Elderflower syrup
Instructions

- Mix the flour with the cornstarch and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, stir the sugar, salt, melted butter and elderflower syrup until frothy and stir in the sour cream.
- Now sieve the flour mixture over it and stir everything into a smooth dough.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or muffin molds lined with paper molds and put it into the 180 c. hot oven for 25 minutes - make a chopstick test.
- Take out the muffins; Let cool down and make the topping in the meantime.
Topping
- Mix the soft butter with the powdered sugar until foamy, stir in the powdered sugar and elderflower syrup - if you like, you can add some food coloring.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag and decorate the cupcakes with it
