Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 large mushrooms
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- some chives
- 70 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aged, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Place the mushroom caps in a baking dish. Mince the garlic, finely chop the chives and mushroom stems, and mix everything well with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper and fill the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle the Gouda cheese over the top and bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
