Emmer Bread

- 2 Pc. Yeast cubes
- 3 tsp Salt
- 5 dl Milk
- 3 dl Water
- 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp Linseed
- 2 tbsp Sunflower seed
- 2 tbsp Linseed
- flour, yeast; Knead salt and milk-water well, depending on the flour, the liquid may vary. I used emmer rice flour.
- Add the seed mixture towards the end.
- Let the dough rise for approx. 1 hour and place in a loaf pan and cover again for approx. 30 minutes with a warm cloth.
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Now distribute the remaining seeds over the dough and bake for about 50-60 minutes depending on the oven
