The perfect emmer bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Yeast cubes
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 5 dl Milk
  • 3 dl Water
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp Linseed
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seed
  • 2 tbsp Linseed
  1. flour, yeast; Knead salt and milk-water well, depending on the flour, the liquid may vary. I used emmer rice flour.
  2. Add the seed mixture towards the end.
  3. Let the dough rise for approx. 1 hour and place in a loaf pan and cover again for approx. 30 minutes with a warm cloth.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
  5. Now distribute the remaining seeds over the dough and bake for about 50-60 minutes depending on the oven
