Energy balls with banana

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 30 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

l

Mash the bananas in a bowl. Add the oats and mix. Mix in the dark chocolate (I always use drops) if desired (30-50g). Shape them into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 170°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes. Using fan-assisted oven, about 15 minutes is sufficient, depending on the oven’s power. I get about 30 balls, depending on how large you make them. Each ball has about 33 kcal. If you don’t like chocolate, you can also use raisins. This recipe is also great for using up older bananas.
