Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 kohlrabi
- 500 g minced beef
- 250 g feta cheese
- 100 g yogurt
- 1 shot of milk, optional
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)

Peel the kohlrabi and slice thinly. Heat water in a pot and briefly blanch the kohlrabi slices. Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a pan. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and press the garlic. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and sauté briefly. Add the ground beef and cook thoroughly. Stir the yogurt into the meat mixture, adding a little milk if necessary for consistency. Layer the kohlrabi slices in a baking dish. Pour the meat sauce over the top. Season well with salt, pepper, and paprika. Crumble the feta cheese and spread it over the top. Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
