Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 ml water, warm
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- some salt
- some agave syrup (or apple syrup, rice syrup, honey, sugar)
- 500 g wholemeal flour (wheat, spelt, buckwheat)
- 100 g seeds (pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed…)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

In a mixing bowl, combine the water with the yeast, the desired sweetener, and the salt. Add the flour and seeds and mix with a dough hook until a dough forms. Grease a loaf pan and bake the bread in an unheated oven at 200°C for 60 minutes. After 10 minutes, cut a slit in the top. Then remove from the pan and let cool.
