Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp, heaped ginger, freshly grated
- 200 g yogurt 1.5%
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dashes sweetener, liquid
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 1 pinch of garlic granules
- 1 pinch of cardamom, ground
- Sea salt
- Pepper, colorful from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
goes well with radishes, cucumbers and all leaf salads
Stir all ingredients together until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Serve over shaved radishes, cucumber slices, or leaf salad.
