Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 225 ml vinegar
  • 90 ml lemon juice
  • 2 onions
  • 6 radishes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp chili pepper(s), chopped
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Can be used as a sauce for grilling or as a marinade for meat

Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil. Finely chop the onions and radishes. Finely chop the chilies and crush the garlic cloves. Then add everything to the vinegar and lemon juice mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. The sauce is ready to eat immediately. However, it’s best to let it sit for a day to retain its full flavor. It can be stored in a sealable container in the refrigerator for 7-14 days.
