Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 60 g desiccated coconut (sprinkles)
  • 150 ml broth
  • 8 slices of pineapple
  • 2 bananas
  • 16 tortilla(s), soft
  • Fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Fajitas with chicken and fruit

Season the chicken breast strips with salt, pepper, and paprika and fry thoroughly in the hot frying fat. Add the coconut flakes and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the stock and reduce the liquid (you may not want to use all of the stock; the dish shouldn’t contain too much liquid). Slice the pineapple and bananas and add them. Simmer briefly until the fruit is slightly warm. Heat the tortillas according to the package instructions. Everyone rolls their own tortillas at the table. The only thing that sets the tone for the side dishes is your imagination: sour cream, guacamole, white cabbage, tomatoes, pepperoni, corn, cheddar, etc.
