Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 ml milk
- 8 garlic cloves
- Oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Garlic mayonnaise
Pour the milk into a tall container with the roughly chopped garlic cloves, salt, and sugar. Blend everything together using a hand blender. Then slowly add the oil in a thin stream, continuing to blend—very important! Finally, add the lemon juice (concentrate works, too) slowly. Depending on the amount, the liquid will become thick and creamy. Don’t use too much juice, as it will have a strong flavor. Refrigerate and use as a dip with raw vegetables or boiled potatoes. It’s also delicious as a base for pasta or potato salads, but with less garlic.
